When does the semester start and end?
Do you want one or two RAs to be scheduled?
Would you like there to be a differentiation between the two RAs on duty(i.e. there would be a "primary" RA and a "secondary" RA)? The algorithm will try to give RAs an even amount of primary and secondary shifts.

The algorithm will try to give every RA the same number of shifts, but sometimes it can't. In a case where not every RA has the same number of shifts, what is the maximum fluctuation that you want? (For example, 2 would mean that each RA will have no more than 2 more or less shifts than any other RA).
